Medical Qigong Practitioners visit the UK
In October 2007, Leeds City Council hosted a delegation from China of 12 instructors of Health Qigong & Taiji.
The IDS arranged an exclusive training session with them which was open to members of the public.
They gave extensive demonstrations of different techniques and exercises, explaining, through a translator, the benefits and history of each section.
They then provided a workshop where people had the chance to learn some of the movements.
